Crysys is a thrash metal band from Catalonia (Spain). It was created lately 2007, using an old idea of Marc Torras (bass). He wanted to bring a mate from previous bands, like Shadon, as a drums. The things were not as he expected. Later on, he had an idea, he decided to bring the Shadon's guitar/voices, Javi Carrión, to take part of the band as a drums. Once they were toghether, they needed two guitars and a singer for the band. They thought in one of their friends, Marc Busqué, who was the guitar of other bands, he had talent to play and to be the lead guitar. All this went very fast. The most complicated was the next step, to find the suitable rythmic guitar and singer. After some tests with some musician friends they achieved it. They found Albert Requena, other band's guitar, to play as a rythmic guitar. Finally, after a huge dilemma they join Julián Baz, bass/voices from another band, as the oficial singer of the band, to replace the old singer who could not assist in the first concert. Then they had a doubt. Looking to the future all four members of the band decided to join this new singer thinking on increase the band's potential. Nowadays, this thrash metal band is practising hardly to compose new songs in order to increase the quantity of their fans, because the people could enjoy their concerts and to prepare the concerts with a total of 7 themes and a demo is in its way, that it will be on sale soon!

En 2008, le groupe sort la démo Demonthrashion. Crysys gagne le Wacken Metal Battle 2009.

En 2011 le groupe change de nom pour CRISIX.
